ToolImg is an online platform that provides a variety of AI-powered image processing and OCR tools. Our key offerings include:

  • Multi-image OCR (Optical Character Recognition)
  • Image to Code conversion
  • Image to HTML conversion
  • Handwriting to Text extraction
  • And various other image-to-text, image enhancement, and conversion utilities

Most tools are designed to process images efficiently, with some running directly in your browser where possible. However, certain AI-powered features (such as advanced OCR, handwriting recognition, or complex conversions) may require server-side processing.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using ToolImg, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Notice. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and ToolImg.

3. Payments & Billing

Payments for premium features, credits, or subscriptions are processed securely through Razorpay. ToolImg does not store your complete payment card information.

By making a purchase, you agree to Razorpay’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. For any billing, refund, or payment-related queries, please contact us at support@toolimg.online.

4. User Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use our Service. Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Use of Service

You agree to use our tools only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Upload or process any images that contain illegal, harmful, copyrighted (without permission), or offensive content.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or source code.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to abuse our service or exceed reasonable usage limits.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit our tools without explicit permission.

6. User Content & Data Processing

When you upload images for processing (especially for OCR, handwriting to text, image to code, etc.), your files may be temporarily processed on our servers to deliver results.

  • We do not claim ownership over the images or documents you upload. You retain all rights to your content.
  • Processed results (extracted text, generated HTML, code, etc.) are provided for your personal or business use, subject to these Terms.
  • We implement reasonable security measures, but you are responsible for backing up your important files.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, AI models, logos, and technology on ToolImg are owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our tools for personal and commercial purposes, as long as you comply with these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. We do not guarantee that:
  • Our OCR or AI tools will achieve 100% accuracy (especially with poor quality images, complex handwriting, or low-contrast content).
  • Results will always be error-free or suitable for your specific needs.
  • The Service will be uninterrupted or free from technical issues.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToolImg and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, inaccurate OCR results, or business losses.

10. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update or modify the Service and these Terms at any time. Continued use of ToolImg after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the “Last Updated” date accordingly.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
